We ship within the UK only currently. Dispatch is made on Mondays and Fridays using Royal Mail.
Shipping time also depends on public holidays.
We do our best to get our packages out as fast as we can! However, after your package leaves we have no control over the speed to which it arrives at your doorstep and are not responsible for slow post or delays due to postal problems.
Ordering online is quick and easy, the shop is open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
Our payment process is operated through Shopify and therefore is safe and most secure.
All your card information is encrypted using the latest secure technology and is not held by Wendy-Alchemy.

Most orders are dispatched within 3 working days of receiving your order unless we are experiencing extremely busy times, for example Christmas holidays. Please allow a few extra days during these periods. We make every effort to deliver your goods in the shortest time possible. If the item which you order is out of stock, or is going to be delayed in any way, we will contact you via email and offer you the option to cancel should you not wish to wait.
Post & packaging costs are by weight
Wrapping will not always be pretty! Every effort will be made to recycle packaging.
All prices are correct at the time of going to press and are inclusive of VAT. We do, however, reserve the right to change the price and specification of products without prior notice.
GUARANTEE & RETURNS
We hope that you will be totally happy with your order. But on the rare occasion you are unhappy, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt by email. Items should be returned in their original condition within 7 days.
Please note that we are not responsible for return postage so we recommend that you obtain proof of postage or for high value items, we would also advise that you use registered post.
We will process your refund as soon as we receive your parcel. We will not grant a refund or exchange on any product that fails to reach us.
I need to change my address/ I put the wrong address in at the checkout
We will always help out if we can but it’s essential that you get in touch with us ASAP if your parcel address is not correct or your going to be on holiday when your parcel is delivered.
If your parcel is shipped before you get in contact with us about your address change then unfortunately we cannot be held accountable for this.
Cancelling an order
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 1 hour. After this time your order may have shipped and we wouldn't be able to cancel this for you so contacting us as soon as possible is vital.
My order arrived damaged. What can I do?
We package with a great deal of care and attention to ensure they arrive to you in a perfect condition.
If your order does arrive damaged please send us your order number and a photo of the damaged item to email@example.com
You will have an option of a partial refund or a replacement depending on the level of damage your order has sustained.
